Refund policy

 I take great pride in crafting each item with care, attention to detail, and quality assurance. As a one-woman show, I handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure that every customer is satisfied.

Please note that the sweatshirts, quilts, and denim that I work with are either thrifted, acquired at estate sales, or donated. There may be signs of wear or small stains.

Return Guidelines:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your item to discuss a return.

All return requests will be evaluated individually, and I will work with you to find the best solution.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to my studio.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Once I receive the returned item, I will process a refund.
